Take 700 gr. of white flour, ¾ of a litre of tepid salted water and one egg. The flour should be placed on a board and a well made at the center in which one puts the water and the egg. Mix well. The dough should be cut into two sections and rolled out very thin.
Allow the sheets of dough to dry out a little, then cut them into long ribbons and boil them for several minutes. Please let me know if the macaroni turns out as well as it did in
