Mt. Mucrone - Pix, Video
" Mountains, mountains, mountains, I love you." After he wrote this note, Pier Giorgio stuck it on his bedroom door. From his bedroom window at the family villa in Pollone, he enjoyed a tremendous view of Monte Mucrone. He often climbed this mountain and prayed at the large cross there.
The pictures in this photo album are from my climb in September 2006. The video was taken with a digital camera and was never intended for public viewing. Sharing it to bring you a little taste of Pier Giorgio's mountains. ///cmw
